Refund policy

Return & Refunds Policy:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days. Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Return shipping costs will be incurred by zinnia, only if there is a manufacturing defect. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You may be required to pay labor, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident. Once the claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of refund to your payment method (shipping charges are non- refundable) a replacement of the same item (if stock is available) an exchange item of the same order value.
